What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Credit & debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay / IDEAL. All payments are processed securely.

What size should I choose?

We use EU-standard measurements. Most European men fall between L and XL (21–24 cm / 8.3–9.4 in). To find your size: Measure your palm circumference (without the thumb), Check our size chart, If you're between sizes, choose the larger one for comfort. Do the gloves stretch?

Yes — our genuine leather gloves naturally stretch 0.3–0.5 cm (0.1–0.2 in) after a few rides. They should feel snug at first, then mold perfectly to your hand.

Are the gloves real leather?

Yes. All Sauvage & Sons gloves are made from premium full-grain or top-grain leather. No synthetic alternatives. No shortcuts.

Do you ship worldwide?

Absolutely. We ship to every country in the world, including Europe, USA, Canada, Asia, Middle East, Australia, Africa, South America, and island regions. Full details available in our Shipping Policy.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your location: Europe: 3–7 business days, USA/Canada: 5–10 business days, UK: 3–7 business days, Australia/NZ: 7–12 business days, Asia/Middle East: 6–12 business days, Africa/South America: 10–20 business days. Express options available at checkout.

How long until my order ships?

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri). During peak seasons, processing may take 1–2 extra days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your package ships

Can I return or exchange my gloves?

Yes. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your item. Returns are accepted if the item is: Unused, Unworn, In original condition, Includes original packaging. Exchanges for different sizes are available. See our Returns & Refunds page for more info.

Do I have to pay return shipping?

Return shipping is at your expense unless: We shipped the wrong item, The item arrived damaged, You received the wrong size due to our error. Exchanges ship back to you free of charge.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

Contact us immediately at support@sauvageandsons.com with your order number and photos. We will replace the item at no cost.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled — but you can return it after delivery.
